Weihong Zhang
Chief Executive Officer
Weihong Zhang is a serial entrepreneur with a technical background in artificial intelligence, big data analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing. Previously he co-founded and CTO’ed two startups respectively in Silicon Valley and Shenzhen in the AI recruiting industry. Prior to his entrepreneurial life, he was an algorithm researcher and scientist in a number of research firms and universities. He has a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. He published 20+ international papers and had 3 US patents.
Jaime J. Bean

Jaime J. Bean is a Senior Director in Business Development at Alpha Theory, and helps fundamental managers improve their decision-making process and enhances their alpha generation. Jaime has 20+ years of experience in the financial industry, and deeply understands investors' challenges and opportunities in a complex and dynamic market environment. He has a proven track record of delivering and advising revenue growth, customer retention, and market share expansion for various fintech companies, including Alpha Theory, IntellPro, Sentieo (now AlphaSense, Broadridge, Ledgex, AlphaSense (advisor), and Code Red RMS (now FactSet). He held a BSBA in Finance and Economics from Syracuse University, and certificates from NYU Stern and Dale Carnegie Training.
Michael Hutner

Michael Hutner is a seasoned executive and angel investor with a passion for innovation and growth. He has more than 20 years of proven track records of leading and scaling global businesses, driving revenue and profitability, and building high-performance teams and cultures. As the former CEO/GM at Eze Software, a unit of SS&C Technologies, he oversaw over 1,100 people across multiple product lines, serving over 2,500 clients globally including asset managers, hedge funds and sell side banks. Currently, Michael is a Member at New York Angels. He is excited to support and mentor early-stage startups in the fintech and AI domains. Prior to his fintech career, he worked at PwC in the Financial Advisory Services practice. Michael holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from Boston College.
Jim Kwiatkowski

Jim Kwiatkowski is an entrepreneurial general management executive with a track record of profitably scaling global sales organizations and delivering consistent growth in pre-IPO and large companies. He has successfully led organizations through public offerings, start-ups, spin offs, private acquisitions, and integrations.. He was the global head of transaction sales at London Stock Exchange, Refinitiv, and Thomson Reuters. He earned a Bachelors in Science from Columbia University and obtained his MBA at NYU Stern School of Business.
